  • First of all, keep your Blink camera near the sync module and check the WiFi signal strength.
  • Now, disconnect the WiFi home router from the electric outlet and then reconnect it.
  • Then, remove the batteries from your Blink camera and insert them back after 10 seconds.
  • If power cycling the camera and router are not working, try to connect your Blink camera to another electrical outlet.
  • If changing the power source is also not working, then try to charge your Blink camera with a USB power adapter.

Blink cameras require a strong and reliable WiFi connection to function correctly. If you see a red light on the sync module, that means your Blink camera is offline. There are several reasons for WiFi issues, such as you have a poor WiFi network, the link between the router and the sync module being interrupted.
